What settings are best to use to export video from DVDRemaster (6.3.1) to a format that can be imported by iMovie 09? I've tried many different combinations and can't get iMovie to recognize any.

I don't know DVDRemaster, but iMovie gladly accepts .mov files using the Apple Intermediate Codec for video and Uncompressed (WAV, AIFF - PCM) for sound.
