Hello

I am new to this forum and macs. Does someone know a way of using Dynamic Voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS) in macbook pros?

I don't think they are option available for an alternative of Granola on the OSX platform. Also, :apple: power management is incredibly efficient compare to M$. You can consider DVFS built-in :cool:
