Glad I am not depending on them. I do hope they come out of the process with DxO Photolabs plus integrated Nik Collection.

Wow. I just purchased the full Photo Lab suite. I hope they survive and thrive.

We used to distribute for them. I think they went all in with the DXO One camera and it never paid off.

Only a few months ago they split off DxOMark as a separate company so this is probably where the profits lie. They probably moved over assets and intellectual property at the same time knowing the rest of the company would then be written off.
