Anyone know how/why the dynamic weather wallpaper isn’t a choice when customizing my Lock Screen?

On mine it looks like the screenshot from this Apple support article:

Change your iPhone wallpaper - Apple Support
Use one of your photos or a suggested wallpaper as the wallpaper on your iPhone.
Should be compatible as it's a newer iPhone. Maybe do a reboot and see if it's available.

Fantastic news. I have it for my lock screen and my home wallpaper and I love it.
The animation only lasts about 5 seconds though and stops so it’s kind of limited.
The dynamic wallpaper doesn’t show up on the lock screen for me. It’s a completely blank page like this.
Even though I have it set up correctly within my personal focus setup.
Has it been happening with anyone else? A point to note that all my focuses are scheduled based on time of the day and day of the week.
