What's the deal with this? Where's the option send 1600*1200, I don't want to e-mail at 800*600.

There are times I need to take a photo and quickly send it to a computer via e-mail or to another location, but at 800*600, it's useless, especially if you need to crop into it. I can't bring a cable to connect the iPhone to grab the full size image where ever I go, and I can't always be where the photo needs to be sent.

Is this suppose to be a convenient feature to make images easy to view in an e-mail? No one thought that someone might actually need the full size image?

you can do it in the new 3.0 software without any application.

  • open photos
  • open album
  • hit the action button in the bottom left hand corner
  • select AS MANY photos as you want to send
  • hit copy
  • go to mail application
  • In the body of the message hold down your finger and press PASTE
  • Send away at full 1200 X 1600
