Hey All,

I just wanted to know if anyone is having this issue on my iPhone X, and how I can fix it.

Basically when I have a bunch of work emails come in, I see them pop up on my home screen as usual. When I try to get a preview of the emails without unlocking the phone, once my face is recognized the emails simply go away. This has been very annoying, and I hope there is a fix.

My gmail email address works just fine, it is just my Exchange that is acting up.

If anybody can assist I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks!

I have experienced the same problem. I’ve found an imperfect fix. Go into settings -> notifications -> mail. Turn off the “show in history” slider for the affected mailbox. That eliminated the problem for me. Not sure if the fix has resulted in any unintended consequences.

My man! That worked!
