iPhone e mails auto deleting

Something has happened recently and I don't know what changed. For about the last week or so, my iPhone is suddenly autodeleting messages after they come in (read or unread). I went back through my advanced message settings and the only thing I can think to verify is to have the Deleted Messages options set to 'Never', but my messages are still being deleted. What other option should I be looking at?

Is this limited to just your iPhone or can you see this happening on another device also?
What iOS version are you running? What email is it?
Assuming this is your 6+....

It seems to be limited to my iPhone. Just updated to 9.1. Using Comcast as my ISP.
