Hello there, I'm already kinda 'desperate' regarding this matter. Every now and then, e-mails sent via my iCloud account are not being received at all. I do not get any error message, nor do they end up in my Outbox folder or even people's junk mail folder. What's even stranger is the fact that this (rarely!) occurs when I use the web-based version of iCloud, which I could live with on the computer but it's not possible on my iPhone. I've spoken to Apple about this over the phone and the guy was as helpful as banging my head against the wall (advised me check turn off my phone, bla bla bla... eventually even suggesting that I'd do a clean format on my Mac... *sigh*). So in a nutshell: I am able to receive e-mails on iCloud but the one I sent are not being received without any apparent error. What's worse, it happens randomly. One day it's working fine the other none of my e-mails are getting through. This has caused me some embarrassing situations with clients. I know the most obvious solution would be start using a different account like gmail but WAY too many people have my iCloud e-mail address, so it's not too practical. Has anyone experienced the same thing and what did you do to sort it out ? Thank you !
