EA lemonade tycoon not in US store?

pocketgamer, in their app store trawler report, listed lemonade tycoon from EA for free, and the description doesn't say it's on sale. Excited, I went to the app store. It didn't turn up in a search, which wasn't surprising since it's a new app. So I went to appsniper since it would show up there and a direct link to the app store would work. It didn't show up. Finally it came up in appshopper, but when I clicked on the link iTunes told me it's not available in the US store. Is this a bug, or is it really not available in the US yet for some reason?

From reading other iTouch forums - its my understanding it was removed because of in game advertisements.

I was lucky enough to procure myself a copy before they took it out😀

Anybody else have something official as to why they removed it?

I believe i read something on ta about the dev removing it to fix it up a little but it will be available soon

I remember that the same thing happened about a week ago or so. It was removed but was back in the app store the next day.
