Ear tips fit question (Sennheiser/Shure-related)

Hi. Does anybody on here have an idea whether or not the MM50ip and the CX300 series in-ears have the same size ear tips?

Also, do the Shure foam ear tips fit the Sennheisers, particularly the MM50ip (which is what I have)?

I'm looking to purchase foam ear tips for use when I am running, since the regular silicon ones provided fall out quickly when tugged accidentally. Looking to lessen the occurrence by using a cable clip, too.
