Early 2016 rMB quick spin

I like it more than I should.

Built:
Solid. Zero flex with perfect weight distribution. One of the best built laptop even by Apple standards. I'm calling it a palmtop. Foot print is a sheet of A4. As for glowing Apple, don't miss it. This design is a cleaner.

Keyboard:
You'll get use to it. Once you do, it is faster than the mushy keyboards. Keys bottom out with no spring. Meant to be touch typed.

Speakers:
Impressive. Nice highs.

For next version I'd like to see TB3 and second usb-c replacing headphone jack mainly for flexibility of dual side charging. True tone and P3 display from the iPad pro. Performance gains are always welcome. They can keep 480p cam for all I care.

You like it way more than you should, unacceptable. You should only moderately like it, that's the rule of liking Macbooks.

It's an amazing machine indeed...I can't go back to the Air form factor (let alone the Pro).
It's the perfect companion to an iMac for those times where you do need true performance/real estate. It's also great as a main/only machine if you don't do anything computing intensive for long periods of time.
