Plaintiff Amended The December 31, 2008 Complaint

In response to Apple's lawyers bringing a motion to dismiss his original complaint, the plaintiff has amended the complaint in the suit that alleges that the early Intel iMac screen had a design or manufacturing defect that Apple failed or neglect to inform consumers about.

Don't hold your breath folks, it's going to take awhile . . . 😉

That complaint looks like it was written by a whiny 17-year old, complete with the obligatory opinion stated as fact. He should've gotten a prison lifer to do a little pro bono work for him.
