Earpiece speaker does not activate 50% of time

I just noticed that the speaker in the earpiece does not activate about 50% of the time when I make an outgoing call. If I hit the "speaker" button when this happens I can hear the other end and if I then hit the "speaker" button again the earpiece starts working. 😡 What the heck!

I have a black 32 GB AT&T model. This is already my second unit (replaced first one due to yellow/green screen tint and buzzing in earpiece)!

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
