Hi,

There are several sites out there that give you near realtime earthquake information on a Mac/PC Google map.

I would like to annouce that there is now a capability to display near realtime earthquake information formatted for the iPhone at ...

http://www.itouchmap.com/?r=earthquake

Earthquake information is pulled from the USGS website and reformatted for Google maps on the Mac/PC and iPhone. It works best on Wi-Fi but can be pulled up on EDGE in approximately 30 seconds if you have a good connection.

Thanks,
Al

Does the phone shake when an earthquake is coming? If this was on 3.0 the push notification could let us know of earthquake warning, and the phone vibrate accordingly. 😉
