Easiest way to Change Backup Folder itunes

Hi,

does anyone know or explain me what the easiest way is to change my itunes backup folder to my other hard drive ?

I've googled and found a few methods using terminal but it didn't work for me

Thank you

I use Yosemite 10.10.4 if that helps
