A non tech savvy buddy of mine has and iphone and an ipad.

He photos roof work that needs to be done and then wants to show them on his ipad.

Does the camera connection kit do that? I've never seen it.

If it's an app, it has to be bluetooth since his clients won't all have wifi.

There's got to be an easy way??

    Thanks

The easiest way I found was to use Dropbox. Basically you install Dropbox on both the iPad and the iPhone. You can upload it to the Dropbox server and then pull the image on the other device with Dropbox.

If you use this referral link you get an extra .25GB. If you don't, you are just stuck with 2GB.

Yes it is rather simple to move multiple files from your iPhone to your iPad. If you have the camera connection kit all you need to do is plug the usb "camera" connector into your Ipad and plug your charge cable into the iPhone. Then plug the usb end of the charge cable into the usb connector on your iPad and it will automatically recognize the photos on your iPhone.

Works great I have done it several times, even transfers videos.

No apps to load or tricky file transfers just connect and basically go for it.

    Good luck.

Make sure it's an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4. The camera connection kit doesn't work with the iPhone 3G.

Or said a bit differently, the camera connection kit works with my 5 year old card reader, but not my 2 year old iPhone 3G.

    Grrrrrr

A free app called "bluetooth photo share".

Works a treat for me. Pretty fast too.
