Easiest way to jailbreak iphone 4 w/ 4.1 firmware?

Not currently. As of now, the only iPhone 4 baseband than can be unlocked is 01.59.00.

If 4.1 is already on your phone then greenpois0n and limera1n are the easiest way to go which is what you asked.
If you have time to kill and feel like restoring your phone all over again then use pwnagetool. I think some people don't get this important difference or haven't actually used all the programs involved. Obviously the advantage to pwnagetool is preserving unlockable modem firmware which you may not have if on 4.1 already from a fresh restore to stock firmware.

Plus 1 and I just did mine last night, worked like a champ, although I am looking for an alternative to MobileTerminal which doesn't seem to work.
Mobile terminal ios4 is available on cydia.xsellize.com repo. That is the only one that works.
