Easiest?

Im about to start a throw together edit thing for my church's youth group new years overnighter. Nothing fancy just throwin a couple funny clips in with audio eathier mixed with music or just by themselves and Some pictures to music. I have FCP but do you think this simple task might be accomplished easier just using imovie for the pics then exporting it into FCP and doin the video? I was thinking i would just throw together a pic video then take a frame from video and have that be the last picture then have it move into the video. What would yall recommend? Should i use Final cut all the way? Imovie all the way? or a mix?

i say the easiest and best way for what you described is iMovie

oh thanks for the post. I already finished though! I used Final cut. It wasn't bad
