I have a couple of FCP questions and I'll have more. First of all..can you automatically set a video to fill the screen....without zooming in and dragging over and over again....and how do you get like a beep to go over cussing

MODIFY->Scale To Sequence answers your first question.
Drag the BARS AND TONE to your sequence, and cut out the video, and use the audio from it, it's a beeping noise that I use whenever someone is cussing.

is it possible to have an image of a table...and i have images of magazine covers...and the magazine covers fall on the table one by one or even just a black screen and the covers look liek they're falling onto it....and staying
and now that I know how to full screen the clips....how do i just click and drag resize them....to make them around half the screen size
Don't take this the wrong way, but you really need to read the manual. Resizing can be done a few different ways, either by dragging or entering a numerical value.
