Easy Flash intro builder?

Can anyone point me to an easy Flash intro builder? Keynote '08 is easy but it does not save transitions. Everything becomes a "dissolve" effect.
Any Flash services to recommend if no easy builder is available??

I obviously use Flash CS3 for all my flash designs for websites I do. My personal opinion is there is no substitute. I have come across some true WYSIWYG editors, but none that produce the quality that is required. Learning the basics in Adobe Flash isn't that difficult, so I'd suggest if you can get your hands on a copy, there are endless tutorials on the net.

If you are only looking for graphics, I use Keynote(all action and transitions are fine) and export as Quicktime. I then use Visual Hub to convert to flash.
That way, you will get all the great graphics to flash without having to learn complicated flash creator software.
PS: Visual Hub is officially retired but you can still find copies from mininova or other bittorrent download sites.
