i've got a bunch of mpeg and wmv movie clips that i'd like to comp into one movie with imovie. problem is, imovie won't accept these kinds of files. somebody told me that if i got quicktime pro that i'd be able to convert the clips into files that are imovie-friendly. true?

i've got flip for mac. that's what enables me to view wmv files. still can't drag 'em into imovie though.
