    I launched rock app.

It said something like "Your default root password is alpine. It is unsafe...blah blah"

    And now a screen:

    SSH Passwords

Please enter your new password for user(s) root & mobile

Is this trustworthy? It was from launching the rock app.

Edit: I changed the pass since it obviously knew my current root...so it couldn't hurt to try. It said "Thank you! Your iPhone is now secure!"

Yea that works too. I kind of wish Cydia asked you this as well when you install SSH.

The root and mobile passwords are the same on all iPhones.
