Easy Way To Get Iphone 4 No Contract!

If BB sells the Iphone 4...then I will buy the phone on my BB card for $599...and sell my current 3gs (unlocked & jailbroken w/charging dock) for 400! I will use that money towards my card & just pay the $199 price. Im doin this so I can keep my current contract intact. Also if they come out with another Iphone in the future-I could just upgrade to that! Do you guys think they will let me keep current plan with unlimited data? I also get a 15% discount on data plans through my job so how will that effect me as well? ANY SUGGESTIONS??? (If sounds complicated i know 😕....lol)

and the only problem there is that with the market flooded by people selling there 3gs to get the 4, you might not get 400 for yours
