eBay buyer using Shop and Ship service

Apparently, Ship and Shop US is a mail forwarding service. The winner of my auction for my Garmin is trying to use this service. Since I have stated that I don't ship internationally, eBay will let me cancel the order.

Anyone have experience with buyers trying to use this? I know some who use it may be legitimate, but I've got a bad feeling that I can't shake.

I say cancel it and re-list it. While I have not come across this issue, if you have a bad gut feeling about the transaction, you are more than likely right.
