Hey, I'm selling something on ebay and I have a guy in Moscow who wants them (I'm in USA). I've read about people shipping the items then the buyer claims they never received it which paypal will refund the buyers money and you are SOL. My question is how to best ship international that I can totally protect myself. Do I use FedEx, UPS, and what services do I add to confirm delivery?

Thanks

Only ship to the address that Paypal gives you. The verified address.

If it's in Moscow, fine. Ship it there. If not, don't sell it to him.

If you want to ship it to him, make sure you get a signature confirmation.

I know that UPS does it, but I'm not sure they do it internationally.
