I wonder if somebody could advise why I can't add items to watch list with my MacBook Air, trying with Firefox and DuckDuckGo. I also use a Windows 10 laptop with Firefox and that one is working like it should. Thanks for your time.

I'm also surprised and disappointed to see that there's also a restriction to read reviews on the Amazon shop with Firefox, so it's not only eBay, it's a policy by Apple, you can only see and read few reviews, so again you need Safari to read all the reviews, And yes I'm logged into the accounts. A shame, as Apple lost a new customer, As a former Netscape user. Imagine the outcry if Windows did the same thing with Edge?

Don't think you can blame Apple for that as Firefox for Mac does not use Apple's WebKit. That's i*OS only.

And with Safari and Firefox on Mac signed out of Amazon, I cannot read all the reviews, need to sign in.

I don't use eBay so can't comment on that.

Could be browser extensions causing issues as well. VPN?

Also: no mention of which version of MacOS and or Safari in use. If old version(s), can see issues with Safari but Firefox is the browser I use on old/unsupported Macs and when need to access a site that old Safari chokes on due to not being up-to-date with current standard, methods.

But bottom line, highly doubt this is an Apple conspiracy, I'd need to see some definitive proof.

(ADD: and no mention what version of Firefox. Firefox does drop support for older MacOS so if not running latest version, can see issues with sites using latest standards/method)

I am signed in to all platforms. There is no VPN. Yes, I'm using old macOS, but I'm also using old Widows. Why do you think old Windows work with Firefox and old macOS only work with Safari?

Hi. macOS is: Monterey 12.7.6
Firefox is: 152.0.1
ESR is not for macOS 12, is it?
Thank you for your time
Kind regards.
Joe.

I don't have access to Monterey right now, but eBay's Watchlist is working in Firefox 140.12.0esr (aarch64) on macOS Sequoia 15.7.7. I've added 3 items.
