ECG works only on watches from the US

They said that months ago when they announced it. They’ll have a lot of hurdles to climb to get clearance to use this feature in other regions of the world but they are certainly working on it behind the scenes.

This is crazy. So if you got a watch from say the UK the ECG feature wouldn't work even if you're in the US. Ugh.
They absolutely have to protect themselves from folks finding workarounds. It makes sense. There’s a lot of medical laws and hurdles to even get clearance in certain regions for this.
Write your National health people. They have to approve before it gets activated in your region.
