EDGE/(G3)/WAN access for MB Air through iPhone

Apple has demonstrated that it is practical to use WiFi as some sort of peripheral bus, e.g. Remote Disk.

It will be just time after the SDK is released before someone links the MB Air to the iPhone via WiFi to get access to the Internet over EDGE, and later G3.

MB Air and iPhone could be just the right match.

What do you think?
 
Its been done since it was released 6 months ago. Very easy and straightforward. 3g is not possible as the iphone doesn't have a hsdpa radio.
