Edge not working "not subscribed to data plan"

    Hi, I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but nothing came up in the search so I'll try here. Well when I am on the road and I obviously have no Wifi my internet/mail and all of the other apps that need data do not work because it says I am not subscribed to a data plan. I talked to ATT and they gave me a new sim.... nope didn't work.

    Has anyone else had this problem?

    I had this problem back in Feb. I had to call AT&T and re-register the phone's IMEI number with them, then restore the network settings and restart.

    You might want to try any one of those three things in random order - one of them solved it for me.

    Does your account's online overview show that you are subscribed to the iPhone Data Plan? You could also try calling at&t's support or Apple Care (they will send you to the same place once you mention iPhone), and tell them your problem. Might just be a minor issue with your account's settings.
