Edit Address Card?

Yeah, so I used a third party app to sync my address book to gmail, but now when I open my address book, each card shows a phoenetic first and last name on the template. There is no delete button as there is on the rest of the template and I don't see a way to erase it when I go into Edit Template.

Anybody know how to fix this before my OCD goes into overdrive? 🙁

I backup to an external hard drive. Can you tell me which file to restore to my system to make this go away?

Under the "Add Field" menu, uncheck "Phonetic First/Last Name."
