Well... something very strange just happened.

In Preview, I moved around a couple pages in PDF and deleted a couple pages. I saved my changes, closed the file, and then moved the file from one folder to another.

Seconds after the file move completed I ran out of battery. I plugged the computer in, did a couple chores, and about 10 minutes later came back...

The PDF was in the old folder location, had the two pages I deleted in it, and had the pages I moved in their original location.

Never experienced anything like this before. Anyone else?

just sounds like a glitch that happened as your mac shut off. if nothing like that happens again, seems like nothing to worry about...

I've never heard of anything like this, but it doesn't seem serious... was it stored in iCloud? Changes made in iCloud Drive sometimes have a delay of sorts, but if it's just in local storage... well, that's very mysterious. o_O
