edited songs in garageband

once i edit a song in garageband, how can i save it to my flash drive and open just the song like in media player or itunes on my windows desktop?
 
Choose “Send songs to iTunes” in the Share menu.

iTunes than creates a special playlist with all the compositions you create using Garage Band.
