Editing BootLoader Items!

Hello,
I am using Boot Camp; Mavericks with Windows 8.1 Pro.
When i press option key on the white screen i get this screen;

1. Is it possible to hide "Recovery 10.9"?
2. To rename "EFI Boot" to "Windows"???
( since this is the option to boot windows )

Not natively, but you can use the boot manager rEFInd to setup a custom boot screen. Be VERY careful with this and make sure yo have a backup nd understand what you are doing. One wrong move and you may not be able to boot your system.
