I am the owner of a microbrewery which I have been making tabletop beer menus for in Photoshop. There is a mix of images and text.
I create these on my MB Pro but would prefer to do it with my iPad Air 2 if possible. Is photoshop on the iPad capable of this? Or is there another application that I can get the same results?
Attached is an example of the menus I create.

Does it allow the text layer to be edited? I have a template that I created. If I could just edit the text when I need to make a new one that would be great.

Yes you can edit text. Though now that I think about it, couldn't you reproduce the same menu in word, and use word for iPad? It's free. Or even pages.
