Editing the Phone app

Hi, i was wondering if there was a way to edit the bar in the main phone app

it goes

favorites>recents>contacts>keyboard>voicemail

and i was wondering there was a way to switch this around like you can with the youtube app.

Do Not Edit.

Hi, do not edit any app of phone. May be the app will corrupt. So this may end the warranty of the app.
