Is the talking at the beginning or end? Or is it intermingled throughout?

The first situation, the solution is easy. Load it into an audio editing app ( http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ ) and clip it out.

The latter... well, that's more difficult

Er... there are karaoke apps which allow to try to do this... it probably won't work if you recorded it off TV due to the way that the algorithm works...

It's probably easier to find an instrumental version of that song... which was the theme song to an 80's TV show... The Greatest American Hero
