Can one still purchase Education Pricing AppleCare while they're still in their first year of warranty? Or is Education Pricing for AppleCare a one shot, first-time buying the iMac sort of deal? The "Specialist" at the Apple store wasn't sure on this.

Thank you, that's what I thought too. Now I suspect the Specialist at the store being "unsure" was just trying to scare me into purchasing AppleCare right then and there.
