the prices for the 3 stock 27" iMacs on the educational web page are the same as the similar models on the regular page.

has anyone gotten an educational discount? if so, how much

thanks

Have you selected educational pricing, you should receive $100-200 off stock models before adding Apple care.

Apple gives 5% discount. Even MS gives a full 10%. Apple adjusts exchange on pricing, same cannot be said for educational discounts as it remains unadjusted so its less than 5% in many cases.

Not true in the US. On base models, they like to discount in $100 increments which end up being somewhere between 5 and 10%. The middle 27" is the worst case, taking $100 off $1999 for almost exactly 5%. The highest one takes $200 off $2299, or about 8.7% off. BTO upgrades for CPU, memory, storage, and GPU are all 10% off.

I saved 364€ with Apple on Campus discount. So even a bit more than 10%.

12.56% to be exactly.
