Took this out when I got my iPhone 14 pro but can’t find any info on my coverage anywhere and under settings it’s days I have normal coverage not AC+. Any one else have any info. Can’t get in touch with EE.

+1 for this.

Especially given that its £3 a month more expensive than buying Applecare+ Theft & Loss directly from Apple, lol

Yes, wish I hadn’t signed up for it. I will try and cancel and just go with apple.

Text 'COVER' to 150, I just did that and was told:

Which is a bit of a shocker considering:

that's right in my 'Order Confirmation' email.

**** em. Guess I'll go with getting it directly from Apple.

I spoke with EE, no record of my cover despite what my invoice says. Just gone with apple anyway.

Perfect, good to hear, thanks for coming back. Probably the same for me - the EE app doesn't show cover either.

edit: I'll tell you what - I would have been more careful with my phone the last two days if I knew I was carrying over a grand's worth of uninsured computer! Going to be some angry phone calls when someone breaks their phone next week or so, only to be told by EE that it's not covered, when they have proof that they ordered the insurance...

Late bump but did you go with Apple Care Plus in the end? I just got a new 14PM and decided whether to go with EE or Apple Care + Theft & Loss. EE is a couple of quid more expensive so it makes sense to go with Apple right? What's the benefit with going with EE?
