Seen a few threads like this but for those of us who ordered through EE post any updates here

I know many have had issues with on their order page saying awaiting confirmation

my process was

first email saying I need to ring EE to confirm some details at 07.59am
after giving info and checks I got off the phone at 08.06am
got a text from EE at 08.06am with the order tracker link
email at 08.07am confirming my order

on the order page it says an order number with a delivery date of 3rd November
 
Yes I am stuck on the famous awaiting confirmation....

Ordered the 256gb grey.

7:58 have email with XKN number and order confirmation.
Receive nothing else.

11am see everyone else has dates. Call EE to be told there was a issue however this was manually sorted at 11:02, receive a SMS With tracking link which doesn’t work.

Later that day I call again this time they keep saying all is okay and they send me a confirmation of order received email etc.

Then that’s it’s. still sat on awaiting confirmation with EE stating it could be on the 3rd however they doubt as apprently all models except the 64GB silver will be delayed....
 
Ordered between 7:55 & 7:58, thankyou/confirmation email came through at 8:02 with XKN number and nothing since, it just says "awaiting confirmation" on the tracking too :( I orded 64gb silver
 
Guess we won’t know more till Wednesday or Thursday as items begin to ship. Just hope the date I have will arrive

Spoke to digital sales today and then a manager who stated I would have my phone Friday. Even put a note on my account to confirm he said this.

However so not believe him so will not hold my breath considering I have had zero updates.

so is it a first come first serve or more of a lucky dip.
 
Expecting some movement on mine tomorrow

Should change to dispatch in 24 hours then dispatched on Thursday
 
No numbers but the first patch those with numbers under 000430 have a delivery date for Friday
really that's positive then ive got an expected del date nov 3rd . others have said they can receive dpd tracking now
 
they've had it thru the app .
I’ve seen the thread on EE forums the guy hasn’t even got any number. Only gone by what he was told by customer services. Doubt anybody gets a proper number till tomorrow.

DPD wouldn’t have a number unless they have it now

I upgraded via EE over the phone. Do you think my order will be on there website for me to track?

they should of texted or emailed with your order num on it.

They specifically said over the phone that i'd receive a text on Thursday an nothing about any email confirmations. I checked my account an they've already taken payment for the upfront cost i paid.

then id get in contact with them and ask for your 0000 or order number they all start with zeros ending with 6 numbers . in the email is there an XKN number ?.
 
so good news .....my order has been despatched and its already been picked up by dpd going to my local dpd depot. anyone else with any luck?

got the exact same here can we get it tomoz or no? my plan has started and everything.
I’m still trying to figure that out. Don’t want to waste my time going in for nothing. But it’s tempting to try. I don’t think my plan has switched over yet. Though the My EE app and website hasn’t worked properly for me for weeks.
