Coming fom Outlook , and wanting to fully adopt the possibilities OSX has to offer I wonder how you manage to make efficient use of combining the 2 applications Mail and iCal.

Suppose you get an email with all sort of detailed information considering time place and sort of event you want to attend .
Wil you type all this info in an new event block after opening iCall ? or is there a way to drag the email into Icall and drop it at a certain day and time ? if yes how do you this ? if it is not possible I love to read your handy tips

Assuming you have leopard.
When you mouse over a date in the mail you receive, it becomes a drop down menu, allowing you to enter a new iCal event.
