Since install Snow Leopard, my EFI is wrong.
When i Turn on the Macbook Pro, it just show the gray screen.
On every Reboot i must press the alt key to get a the option wich operating system i want to boot.

Myquestion: Is there any solution to Fix or Restore the EFI Partion?

    Thanks for Helping

If your having to choose a boot up disk then it sounds like your default boot up disk has been reset since installing SL. Just go to system preferences -> startup disk - and make sure the hard drive with Mac OS X installed is selected and highlighted.

Then it should be ok (unless there's some other problem going on)
