I did the update a day ago on my 2011 MBP 15. My Boot ROM Version: MBP81.0047.B0E

Since the update when I wake the computer up from sleep, the WiFi does not reconnect. Before the update it was on instantly.

My workaround is to go through network diagnostics and it reports all is fine but the WiFi connection works immediately sometimes, other times that won't fix it either (seems to need a few minutes for this trick to work). A full reboot always fixes it.

I've looked at the system log, nothing unusual there

Here is the dump from the kernel log:

Figured it out. Firmware update didn't apply correctly. Reapplied it and all is fine.
