El Capitan (10.11) compatibility with LaTeX (TeXstudio) and R (RStudio)

Hello,

First of all, this is my first post ever in MacRumors forum, I am happy with it.

I would like to ask if there is known any compatiblity issue with LaTeX package and the use of associated software such as TeXstudio, and also RStudio with Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11).

I looked for information on the internet but all the info is related to beta release of the abovementioned operating system; and they refer to issues regarding (I think) sophisticated programming that requires root privileges that, as I have read, they are no longer available in El Capitan.

I know TeXStudio was updated specifically for El Capitan. Haven't heard anything about other packages, though.
