How do I get rid of the i-photo update? I have a Macbook Pro which came with Yosemite. I've never had i-photo, only Photo (which by the way is a stupid name!). My updates keep asking me to run the i-photo update but I can't coz I don't have it!

AFAIK you only get the update if you have the app installed, search for "iphoto" in Finder and see what shows up, you may have it without realising...

Hi simonise, thanks for that. Resolved, thank you !!! I found it in Finder and deleted it from my Mac and the update went away. Cheers 🙂
