El Capitan and Yosemite same compatibility?

Will any program that I currently can run on Yosemite run on Capitan? E.g. I have Adobe CS5 and Word 2011.

You need to take care about Adobe CS5 because Java 6 support on OS X ends in El Capitan, meaning later version will not support Java 6.
Office 2011 should be fine.

Outlook 2011 has been causing probs with Exchange accounts.

Apparently lots of stuff will not run on 10.11 till the developers update.
