El Capitan - Cannot connect to my AT&T mobile hotspot ?

Just upgraded my rMBP (2014) to El Capitan.

Only issue is it will not connect to my external AT&T mobile hotspot ...

All my other devices do so it is not the device...


Any ideas ????
