El Capitan iTunes update

I have iTunes 13.2.3 installed, which was the last. Yet the Mac App Store says I have that same update to download and when I try to download it again, it starts to download and then the progress bar simply disappears. And If I try to click the "Update" button again, it does nothing.

Thoughts/Suggestions?

I have version 12.3.2 that I installed yesterday when I was running Yosemite. I upgraded to El Cap this morning, still shows as 12.3.2 being the latest version, and no problems here.

It's very strange because it keeps happening.
