Im using ElCap, and thinking of going to HSierra. What are the advantages i will experience by using it compared to ElCap? Is there something really worthy?

It all depends on what you use the computer for. I have a few older Macs at home, and I'm perfectly happy with them on El Cap and even a few on Leopard. At work, I keep all of my stuff on my OneDrive provided by my work, so I need compatibility with that making High Sierra a base requirement at this point. It's all down to what you need the computer to do.

Sierra adds:
+ Siri
+ improved MacOS/iOS synergy such as copy/paste between devices
+ iCloud support
+ general improvements/optimizations over ElCap

High Sierra adds:
- APFS [intended for SSDs, which will be auto-converted]
- official eGPU Support [still a work in progress, requires Thunderbolt-3]
- Metal version 2 [requires a Metal GPU]
- Even more security lock down

Mojave adds:
+ eGPU improvements
+ Dark Mode
+ Desktop organization improvements
+ A smarter Finder
+ Stronger privacy

I’m using a mid2010 27” iMac, corei7, 20GB RAM and using design Adobe apps (Illu, Pshop, Ind, Premiere).

High Sierra and El Cap are almost identical. The only real addition would be Siri. The main advantage is that 10.13 is becoming the new minimum supported macOS by many Mac developers.

Also, if it's not obvious, High Sierra will have better security, and got a security update from Apple just last month. El Capitan's last update was mid-2018.
