I got my iPhone 11 Pro Max connected to my computer while syncing. And I feel electricity when I touch the grills of the iPhone 11 Pro under these conditions.

Is this normal?

It could be a wiring problem with the outlet. You can buy a device to check the polarity and grounding. Or your computer chassis has a current leak.
